DESCRIPTION
Viktor is another like Sachiel that got thrown into the Undertow with little to no memories. He is only the second to have survived the drop into the Undertow, as most things that come out are inhuman- and most of them also do not survive a 900 foot drop to the city below. Viktor or V, as he’s more commonly referred to later on, is Sachiel’s friend and “apprentice”. V is very bad at staying on task, and is easily distracted by food, alcohol or a pretty face.
He arrives at the Undertow at 22, and due to unforeseen circumstances is returned to the Undertow at age 42 later.

APPEARANCE
Viktor is a lean guy when first arriving in the Undertow. He has a pale complexion, scruff, slick black hair styled in a large pompadour and bright green eyes. He is decently strong for his stature, mostly having a strong upper body for swinging his absurdly large sword, but very thin legs and is quite agile.
He has two cuff piercings in his left ear and one in the right, both ear lobes have a stud in the middle of them. Viktor generally dons a leather jacket of some kind paired with a white shirt and jeans, something that doesn't really change about even as he ages.
Later, due to circumstances beyond his control, Viktor is seen in a older state- having lived his life in another universe for a short time. His hair has gone a mix of black and grey and is streaked with a few white spots scattered between. He's put on more weight and his fangs in his mouth appear larger and more prominent than before. His hair is styled in a different kind of pompadour that's paired with a long mullet. He's a lot more scruffy as well.
PERSONALITY
Viktor is a very motivated person, mostly running off his own crazy ideas. He's very lax in terms of what he puts up with, and is generally the first one to hop onto a bad idea and make it reality. He's not really the type to think first before acting, and this tends to get him into trouble as a result. He comes off as a very optimistic person where possible, but has a lot of insecurities in himself and who he is as a person- along with his confidence in his own strength.
Viktor's biggest vice is the fact that he loves a good one night stand, and this has gotten him into a lot of trouble in the past. He does it anyway, but old habits die hard and he's certain he'll die before his habits do. This coupled with his penchant for parties and visiting as many bars as possible to keep his nights 'interesting' makes him a bit of a pain to keep track of, especially for people like Sachiel who have to keep tabs on him.
He's not 'fully' dismissive of people's feelings on his actions, he's actually fully aware of them and makes sure they know this, it's just that he doesn't care enough about himself or the consequences of his actions.
HISTORY
Viktor comes from another universe entirely. He lived in a 'very cold place' in a very large building like a dorm. He doesn't remember enough about it- but he does remember once having friends there. Viktor at first seemed a lot more concerned with his lost memories but over time and seeing how much happier Sachiel comes off with not thinking about his past, Viktor had a bit of change of heart on the way he approaches it. He resides now with Sachiel in their apartment together.
During the period he was missing, Viktor actually lived in a different apartment with his ex-boyfriend and was basically fighting for his life the entire time dealing with an alternate version of himself and Sachiel. He'd remained there for 20 years of that universe's time before he was dragged back by Sachiel (much to his relief).

✸Sachiel
[ Roommate/Best-Friend ]Viktor respects Sachiel a lot for many reasons, one being that he saved his life when he first arrived and had it not been for Sachi then Vik wouldn't still be there. He feels a strong attachment to Sachiel despite the fact the aloof dog-man hardly expresses any signs that he even enjoys Viktor's company. Viktor doesn't care despite this, he's just happy when he's with Sachiel. He is almost a bit clingy, and tends to almost hang off of Sachiel literally most of the time- and probably has had the most physical contact with Sachiel than anyone else. He seems to continue doing it because Sachi hasn't shoved him off yet or bared his fangs at him.
Viktor does love a good opportunity to bully Sachi where possible though, despite his attachment to him.

✸Cy
[ Boss/Friend ]Viktor tends to get on well with Cy. He's not nearly as suspicious of them as Sachiel is, and is happy to do work for them- especially if it means being able to stay indoors. The two of them both tend to crack jokes with one another, and actually work decently well together when it comes to brainstorming as well. Viktor enjoy's Cy's company.

✸Natascha
[ Friend ]Viktor and Nat both get along very well, mostly in the kind of 'friendly bullying' kind of way. Viktor has on and off had flings with Nat, but both of them agreed to 'absolutely zero' relationships with one another since they both understand they're too destructive for one another. They do both however love to gang up on Sachi and bother him- its a mutual effort between them. Viktor does, however, hold a weariness towards Nat that he tries to not let through. He's actually somewhat afraid of her and doesn't fully trust her. She keeps more secrets than Cy does, and that doesn't sit well with Vik.

✸Asheton
[ Ex-Boyfriend/Friend ]Viktor and Asheton both met when he was shoved off and into another universe. Asheton is the one that he stayed with during the 20 year period he was gone. The two of the both had something going on for quite some time but Viktor broke it off for his own selfish reasons, and because Asheton was a bit too much for him to handle in that kind of way. The two bicker a lot, but do still care for one another. While they may not be together anymore, Viktor would still murder for his friend.
